Quality Insights is committed to assuring the quality of its own services and actively participating in organizations and initiatives focused on quality.  Our memberships and accreditations include the following.

American College of Medical Quality 

We are an organizational member of the American College of Medical Quality and support its mission of providing leadership and education in healthcare quality management.

American Health Quality Association (AHQA)

In addition to being a member of AHQA, our Chief Financial Officer, Kathleen Merrill is Past President.  AHQA provides a voice for Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organizations (QIN-QIOs) and professionals working to improve the quality of health care in communities across America.

The Forum of ESRD Networks

Quality Insights is a member of the Forum of ESRDs.  ESRDs monitor the quality of chronic kidney disease, dialysis and kidney transplant care in the United States.

Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS)

We are an organizational affiliate of HIMSS and have staff actively involved nationally and in state-based chapters.  HIMSS is focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare.

Institute for Patient-and Family-Centered Care

We are a Pinwheel Sponsor of the IPFCC. The Institute advances the understanding and practice of patient- and family-centered care. In partnership with patients, families, and health care professionals, it seeks to integrate these concepts into all aspects of health care. The Institute accomplishes its mission through education, consultation, and technical assistance; materials development and information dissemination; research; and strategic partnerships.

National Quality Forum (NQF)

As a measures developer and one of a handful of qualified Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Measures & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) contractors, we actively participate in NQF and its Quality Measurement, Research and Improvement Council.  NQF is a nonprofit organization operating under a three-part mission to improve the quality of American healthcare: building consensus on national priorities and goals for performance improvement, endorsing standards for measuring and publicly reporting on performance and promoting attainment of national goals.
