Quality Insights has successfully implemented large national, regional and state-based federal projects on behalf of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Veterans Health Administration, the Office of the National Coordinator, and multiple state governments and departments of health.  Highlights include:
  • Veterans Health Administration External Peer Review Program.  Collecting, analyzing and providing reports from more than 400,000 medical records per year
  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization.  Transforming care in five states through collaboration with 17,000 healthcare providers and 1,300 partners
  • CMS Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign.  Supporting quality improvement activities for 5,000 home health agencies and 20,000 participants 
  • CMS End-Stage Renal Disease Networks (3 regions of the country).  Assuring and improving care quality for dialysis patients in nine states and US territories
  • CMS Quality Payment Program-Small Underserved and Rural Support.  Helping 16,000 clinicians in four states successfully participate in the Quality Payment Program
  • Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center (REC).  Helped 6,000 plus clinicians successfully implement electronic health records and achieve meaningful use.
