  • A CMS Quality Payment Program Small, Underserved and Rural Support (QPP-SURS) contractor for four states.  Our practice transformation specialists are helping more than 15,000 small, underserved and rural clinicians successfully participate in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Payment Program.  Learn more.

  • A clinical quality measures expert.  We develop, test and maintain the quality measures our nation’s health system uses to assess and improve care quality. We facilitate the transition to electronic health record-based measures (eMeasures) and their use to refocus care from volume to value.  Learn more.
  • A public health partner.  We are collaborating with state governments to implement Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) projects aimed at improving awareness and utilization of preventive services and appropriate cancer screenings.
