Our Core Services

Quality Insights' employees and independent consultants offer diverse experience and training in continuous quality improvement, medical record abstraction, epidemiology, data analysis and information technology.  Each discipline is criticial to provision of our core services:

 
  • Health care quality improvement.  We bring together clinicians, stakeholders and patients to learn from experts and each other, brainstorm and implement solutions, and broadly disseminate successes to benefit all.   We actively engage patients and family members in all aspects of this work—from design to evaluation.
 
  • Health information technology and practice transformation.  We help physicians implement patient-centered processes focused on managing chronic disease, improving the delivery of preventive services and increasing efficiency—ultimately preparing them for participation in new payment models, such the Quality Payment Program (QPP) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO).   We also offer expertise in all aspects of electronic health record (EHR) implementation, Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) and achievement of meaningful use.
 
  • Health care informatics.  We collect, validate and analyze information about quality of care from a wide range of sources--including large databases and hands-on record abstraction—and create meaningful and actionable reports clinicians can use to monitor and improve quality of care
