• Health Insurance and Dental, Optical, RX Benefits. In addition to the major medical plan, the package includes dental, optical and prescription benefits. Employees are eligible for health insurance on the first day of the month after they start work. Employees pay a monthly contribution based on their plan.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO). Regular full-time employees start out earning seventeen days of PTO per year.
  • Holidays. Regular full-time employees earn eight holidays each year.
  • Pension Plan. After one year, employees are eligible for a pension plan. Quality Insights contributes a percentage of the employee's previous year’s earnings to the plan.
