When a Quality Insights staff member visits your office, you can be assured that safety is our first concern.  We will take the following precautions for any site visit:

  • Adhere to all CDC guidelines and any additional protocols your organization has put in place for their facility

  • Wear a face mask or covering at all times

  • Practice social distancing, 6 ft. apart, where possible

  • Wash hands or use hand sanitizer immediately before and following the visit

  • Limit contact, where possible, with other persons and surfaces while making the visit

Furthermore, we have instructed our team members to cancel arrangements for a site visit in any of the following situations:

  • Personal or household member contact exposure to COVID-19.  He or she must remain free of symptoms for 14 days prior to rescheduling

  • Recording of a temperature higher than 101 degrees the day prior to or day of a visit by the team member or close contact.

  • Recent travel out of the employees home state where quarantine requirements exist upon return

In all instances, we will work with you to determine the best way to SAFELY meet your needs, whether that is sending another member of the team, rescheduling or making alternate arrangements.
