We blend clinical, communications and data expertise with extensive community relationships to develop multi-faceted social marketing campaigns that help patients overcome barriers to care, provide direct on-site patient education, as well as lead community coalitions. We also provide tools and resources clinicians use to motivate patients to take an active role in their health and care. 
We have worked with community partners to graduate more than 5,000 patients from Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) courses, developed easy-to-understand patient educational cartoons and collateral materials, and implemented an innovative blood pressure cuff loaner program in support of a hypertension quality improvement initiative.


Quality Insights is at the forefront of the fight against the opioid epidemic, leading a coalition of healthcare and social service providers focused on the treatment of mothers struggling with substance use disorders and the well-being of their families in one of the hardest hit areas of the country.
