The IMPACT Coalition establishes a coordinated, patient-centered structure that supports quality improvement initiatives, life goal planning, peer mentorship, education, and meaningful collaboration among patients, caregivers, providers, and community stakeholders.
By connecting facilities, patient representatives, and healthcare professionals, the coalition creates structured opportunities to share successful interventions, innovative engagement strategies, and actionable insights replicable across all Networks.
