Quality Insights is a mission-driven non-profit organization that improves health and health care quality and equity. For nearly half a century, we have provided education, data, collaboration and consulting services that impact millions of patients and providers every day.

Headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia, we work with public and private customers nationwide to develop solutions that deliver measurable results. We are a group of more than 170 physicians, nurses, health services researchers, statisticians, data analysts, and educators dedicated to the mission of “bringing people and information together to improve health.” We strive to be a change agent, trusted partner and integrator of information, ideas and practices among local organizations collaborating to improve care. 

Quality Insights' staff and independent consultants deliver value by providing data-driven, outcome-focused solutions through analytics, education, training in continuous quality improvement, service as a rapid response force during emerging and ongoing health threats, and collaboration to improve health and health care.

(PJR), and we have integrated Lean methodology into our key business functions.
