About Quality Insights

More Than 50 Years Improving Health

Founded in 1973, Quality Insights has grown from a regional health improvement organization to a nationally recognized leader in quality improvement, data analytics, and continuing education — serving patients, providers, and communities across the country.

We are a nonprofit, and that mission-driven focus shapes everything we do. As your End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network, we will work alongside you — not above you — as a change agent, trusted partner, and navigator for the kidney care community. We have extensive experience with CMS quality improvement programs, including our prior work as an incumbent ESRD Network serving nine states and territories. During the past five years, our team worked with facilities throughout our Network service areas to achieve more than 13,000 patients using a home modality, 20,000 patients added to a transplant waitlist, and more than 14,000 patients receiving kidney transplants.

We understand what ESRD patients face. We understand what dialysis facilities need. And we are ready to build this new chapter together.
