On February 15, 2022, the five-year Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract awarded to Quality Insights to provide no-cost Quality Payment Program (QPP) assistance to small and rural physician practices in the states of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia came to an end. The CMS QPP website offers a wealth of information to guide you through 2022 participation and 2021 reporting. Please remember to check your NPI eligibility status every year to see if you are required to participate, then review the reporting requirements for that year because they change annually.
