"I have had the absolute privilege to work in long-term care for over 35 years. I have used a number of quality improvement tools over those years, but I was recently introduced to the Quality Improvement Platform developed by the team at Quality Insights. This innovative tool really stands out! There are multiple methods to improve five-star nursing home ratings, but none that point out the low-lying fruit – until now. Facilities can receive their data in a format so user-friendly that even the most tech-unsavvy can understand what is needed to raise those stars with minimal effort. The graphics and dashboards are exceptionally clear, making it easy to understand complex data at a glance to save time and quickly identify trends to ensure improvement.

This innovative data system is only second to having the professionals at Quality Insights available to provide guidance and answer questions as needed. Dr. Storm and her team are dedicated to long-term care, which, in my opinion, is the hallmark of effective consultation services in our industry. They have "been there, done that," and that means the world to those who look to them for improvement assistance. Moving the stars is important, but it takes a back seat to the quality of care residents will receive when facilities work with this team and their platform. I give it five stars!"
