She oversees the organization's continuing education portfolio across multiple disciplines.

Strategic Education Design & Program Development Kerry specializes in identifying learning gaps and developing targeted training initiatives that align with organizational goals. She leverages adult learning principles, microlearning, and innovative eLearning approaches to enhance learner engagement and drive measurable outcomes in clinical competency development.  
Accreditation & Compliance Management She guides organizations through complex accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with ANCC standards and regulatory requirements. Kerry has successfully expanded continuing education portfolios by 44% to 140% across multiple healthcare systems and led joint provider applications for Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE).  
Learning Evaluation & Quality Improvement Kerry implements sophisticated evaluation frameworks, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to assess educational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. She has achieved Kirkpatrick Bronze Level Certification and uses data-driven approaches to analyze learning activity impact and optimize resource allocation.  
Technology Integration & Change Management She has successfully led learning management system implementations and platform migrations for multiple organizations, orchestrating seamless transitions that include implementation, training, and change management to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Kerry Copeland, MSN, RN, CNRN, CRRN, NPD-BC

  • Kerry holds board certifications in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN), Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN), and Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with an education specialization from Lewis University and a post-graduate certificate in Instructional Design, e-Learning, Training and Development from Roosevelt University. She serves as President of the Association of Nursing Professional Development, Affiliate of Middle Tennessee, and maintains active membership in the American Nurses Association and Tennessee Nurses Association. Throughout her career at organizations including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Kerry has consistently expanded continuing education offerings, strengthened interdisciplinary collaboration, and delivered measurable improvements in clinical education outcomes.
