Kia Wills, MPA, RHIA
- With more than 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare quality improvement, Kia combines expertise in health information management with advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented rapid cycle quality improvement models, created collaborative healthcare communities, and managed hundreds of targeted initiatives that achieved exceptional satisfaction rates. Most recently, she led day-to-day operations of a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization contract where she successfully coordinated widespread improvements in nursing home care and community coalitions focused on improving chronic disease. Her academic background in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Policy provides her with a strong foundation in strategic healthcare management and policy frameworks.
