RISE LogoJoin the FREE R.I.S.E. Program (Reduce Risk, Improve Confidence, Strengthen, and Educate) at the Renick Community Center!

Every other Tuesday, enjoy fun strength and balance activities, brain health exercises, and practical tips to stay steady and confident. Classes are open to women aged 60+ and led by trained professionals who make fitness and fall prevention simple and social. Each session also includes helpful education on staying safe at home and opportunities to connect with others in your community. Come move, learn, and grow stronger with R.I.S.E.!
