RISE LogoJoin the FREE R.I.S.E. Program (Reduce Risk, Improve Confidence, Strengthen, and Educate), now available at the Renick Community Center and Weathered Ground Brewery!

Every other Tuesday, enjoy fun strength and balance activities, brain health exercises, and practical tips to stay strong and confident. Classes are led by trained professionals who make fitness simple and social. Each session also includes health education topics and opportunities to connect with others in your community. Come move, learn, and grow stronger with R.I.S.E.!
