Goals & Recommendations
The 2023-2024 Goals were adopted by the Quality Insights Board of Directors to focus Network 5 activities. In addition to the areas addressed, the Medical Review Board will examine other quality indicators (such as patient grievances, hospitalization, mortality, etc.), and conduct improvement initiatives as indicated.
Network 5 Information Session
Virtual Information Sessions were offered to learn about the Network, our relationship with CMS and the State Survey Agencies, the dialysis facilities’ staffs’ role with the Network, Network-assigned goals, data, quality improvement activities, expectations, resolving grievances and access to care issues.
